I think you must seperate the realestate into 3 kinds. One is living by yourselves, another is for bussiness ofiice,the other is what we called"luxury housing"-man who holds large assets for more than 10 billion NT dollar. Here I must mention the first kind is what we live. As you know mankind will encounter many disasters for the following decades or the future. I can not figure out when is ther time to meet the financial crisis, USA 911,Taiwan 921 earthquake,SARS even we mentioned about "supervirus"-a TVBS reporter brought from India,political issue is what we are going to meet on November-5 cities election.,,,,,etc. I would like to say that if Taipei encounter those problem I mention above. You dont have to wait 2012, you will buy a cheaper house at that time than buy it now.
